About

Who are we?

The Ohio Valley Camera Club was started in 1958 when Willis Cook and Corbin Miller shared the idea of bringing amateur photographers together to share experiences and explore new ideas.

Open Invitation

We encourage any photographer to come to a meeting or two to see what we are about before joining our club.  Just make yourself known to one of our members when you arrive and we will look after you.

If you are an out-of-town visitor looking to talk about photography or a member of any other photography club, you are more than welcome to attend any of our meetings.  There is no cost in visiting us.

We meet the first and third Thursdays of each month, except December, at 7:00 p.m., at the Huntington Museum of Art (In the workshops behind the main gallery).  Print competitions are held during the first meeting of the month and projected competitions are held during the second meeting of the month. Programs on various aspects of photography are scheduled for the second meeting of each month.

If you decide to become a member, the annual dues are only twenty dollars ($20.00) .  We welcome guests, so please stop by and you are under no obligation to join.”
